Helping Busy Professionals Build Wealth Through Real Estate Investing

Meet Jim

After earning his MBA at Drexel University, Jim headed to California to work in the music industry before returning to his high-tech roots.

After working for several start-up high-tech companies, Jim culminated his high-tech career at Symantec, where he was the Sr. Product Manager for one of the Norton Antivirus platforms. He and his team updated the badly neglected software to target an untapped niche in the market, quickly increasing the market share from 1% to 14% within a year.

From there, Jim embarked on his real estate investing career. He gained experience working with others who held multi-billion dollar real estate portfolios before he started his own investing, eventually going solo.

Jim returned to his family roots in Pittsburgh where he started buying single family rentals and single family flips. He built his portfolio of single-family and small multi-family rentals until he reached his freedom number, becoming an accredited investor along the way.

Lately, Jim has been buying larger multifamily properties, while helping new investors, friends, and family get started in real estate investing. He is focused on the Pittsburgh market, where he still lives with his family.
